Create, maintain and provide information management support for the Cyber Security office Suspense Coordinators.
Support and attend the NGA Secretariat Office (ONE) Directorate Suspense Coordinators' Meetings and disseminate pertinent information Groups and Offices.
Brief the Front Office of new taskers received and status of all current taskers. (CDRL: Reports, Briefings, Evaluations, Technical Assignments, Transition Plan, White Papers etc.)
Ensure timely completion of actions and collaborate with other Directorate Lead Suspense Coordinators to resolve task(s) related issues or to negotiate task due dates (extensions).
Assist in the preparation of routine and specific topic briefings and reports; prepare and distribute briefing report and read-ahead material.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, English or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience.
Experience interacting with senior-level directors and/or agency heads.
Experience in effective data gathering and analytical skills.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Applications.
Proficiency on government systems e.g. Defense Travel Systems (DTS), Central Electronic Systems (CERTS), Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel Systems (DCIPS), and Management Execution Tracker System (MET).
Written and oral communication skills.
Experience drafting documents and preparing and delivering briefings.
Experience planning and leading sub-tasks/projects.
Knowledge of the Intelligence Community; Department of Defense; and NGA Directorates.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and SharePoint.
