    The Program Manager will provide support in the execution of various DOD related programs. Responsibilities may include assisting in the development of status reports and other CDRLs, scheduling work and travel, developing work plans, monitoring program expenditures, tracking and coordinating updates for clearances, certifications and training, maintaining the status of engineering tasks in JIRA, and facilitating communications with internal and external project stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic that works well in a highly collaborative environment and demonstrates excellent communication skills

    Required Skills

    • Bachelors of Science degree in technical or management field related to computer science, systems engineering, software development, or information systems
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification.
    • Equivalent certifications must be from an accredited learning institution such as colleges and universities or from industry societies/associations such as SEI and PMI.
    • Minimum of ten years of experience managing complex and large contracts and includes subcontract management
    • Demonstrated understanding of software development methodologies to include agile engineering or DevOps
    • Demonstrated successful experience managing software development teams
    • Minimum of two year's management experience for an NRO or IC program

    Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI

    Desired Skills

    •Minimum five years of experience managing an IDIQ contract
    •Experience with cloud computing technologies and familiarity with IC ITE
    services and environments


    Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Normal office setting, therefore the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. Use of hands to operate computer equipment. Frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.
