    The Full Motion Video (FMV) Lead provides support to the US Army Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS), Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PdM FPS) Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) programs within Southwest Asia (SWA), mostly Afghanistan. The FMV Lead is responsible for daily management and execution of the Program. The Lead serves as the forward deployed senior representative for the Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    - Manage personnel assigned to support the program
    - Coordinate with forward deployed Military, Government, and contractor leadership to ensure the successful execution of customer directives
    - Comply with all reporting requirements
    - Conduct regular risk management assessments
    - Evaluate team performance and operations
    - Enforce safety standards and policies
    - Identify resource requirements

    The Lead is responsible for effective utilization of personnel assigned which may include Field Service Engineers, Field Service Representatives, Logisticians, and other technical and engineering expertise, or as otherwise directed.

    Additional duties include but not are not limited to providing feedback to Continental United States (CONUS) technical support on the status and performance of the FMV Network and other supported systems in order to capture lessons learned and best practices to refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). During this deployment period, candidates will operate under hazardous conditions and live in an austere environment equivalent to the active duty US military units supported. While deployed overseas, work hours are expected to be 12 hours per day, 7 days per week for up to 365 working days, not including paid or unpaid leave.

    Required Skills

    - 5 years experience in contingency environments living under extreme and austere conditions
    - 2 years experience in a supervisory role in extreme environments
    - Minimum 8 years of direct management experience
    - 15-20 years with AS/AAS or equivalent
    - 10-12 years with BS/BA or equivalent
    - 8-10 years with MS/MA or equivalent

    Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
    Normal office setting, therefore the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. Use of hands to operate computer equipment. Frequent near vision uses for reading and computer use.
