    Job Description


    **US Citizens ONLY due to Federal Gov’t Requirement**

    You will join a fast-paced team designing, developing, integrating and testing operational prototypes. As a member of the team, you will use your hardware and software testing experience to directly contribute to the program and also to mentor less experienced team members. You will develop tests to verify functions, performance, reliability, scalability, usability, and security. You will be responsible for developing test plans, testing resource requirements, and overall scheduling of testing activity. You will develop manual and automated test cases and configurations needed to meet testing requirements. You will execute test cases/scripts and interpret results to ensure delivery of quality products, document and track defects. You will support the development team by investigating and isolating problems and providing recommendations for potential solutions.

    Required Skills


    BSEE, BSCE, BSME, BS in Physics or other relevant technical degree
    Experience developing test plans, procedures and test scripts for real-time and embedded systems to exercise hardware, firmware and software functionality
    Automated test experience is required
    Must possess the desire and ability to assist in the development and execution of test plans and analysis of the resultant data
    Demonstrated experience uncovering the root causes of complex technical problems and development of viable solutions
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Equally comfortable dealing with software development, RF tools and techniques and hardware design
    Able to set up and administer small test networks
    Must meet eligibility requirements for obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Government security clearance.
