This position is for a mid-level Field Services Representative (FSR) supporting CIDNE, WebTAS, INDURE, and Topic Builder software products use and integration into our customer's operational requirements.

The FSR must be knowledgeable of General Military Intelligence and Operations procedures at the Battalion/Wing level or higher, as well as Content Management and Data Strategy. The FSR trains the customer on the use of our Command and Control tools and Intelligence applications to support client directed reporting processes. These processes help automate data mining, visualization, and inferential reasoning for our customers.

Specific tasks include the development of training materials to educate and train the customer on uses and capabilities of CIDNE, WebTAS, and INDURE. The FSR shall instruct in a broad range of settings, from formal classroom environments to more informal over the shoulder situations. Additionally, the FSR will be responsible for Requirements collection, analysis, and documentation in support of system enhancements.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s Degree and 3-9 years of training experience. Eight (8) years of additional experience in Operations at the Battalion level or higher or relevant training and certifications may be substituted for the Bachelor’s Degree.

Field Services Representative must be able to:
• Analyze, record, and vet customer requirements, data sources, and infrastructure; as well as identify potential conflicts with development using Polaris Alpha products and services
• Provide tactical and strategic training and support when necessary on Polaris Alpha installed products and services
• Serve as a corporate representative for communicating Polaris Alpha capabilities and service offerings to organizations and associated partners
• Serve as a user advocate within the Polaris Alpha development process for current and future methods and product improvement
• Illustrate excellent written and oral communication skills
• Operates under general to minimal supervision
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
• Must be willing and able to deploy to austere environments worldwide for periods of 90-180 days
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Desired Skills

Instructor/Teaching experience
• Operations or Intelligence background operations at the Battalion/Wing level or higher
• Essential experience using and training web applications
• Prior experience training CIDNE and WebTAS in a deployed environment
• Prior customer management experience
• Knowledge of Share Point and data management

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Normal office setting, therefore the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. Use of hands to operate computer equipment. Frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.
