Job Description

Duties Include:
• Provide analytical and subject matter expertise, over site, direction for identity intelligence and biometrics exploitation capabilities for the deployment of traditional and specialty automated biometric information systems
• Produce reporting tailored to the customer and end users of deployed systems
• Maintain thorough understanding of current practices for biometric operations
• Maintain continuity with partner organizations to ensure data sharing, and awareness
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of multiple biometric modalities and how to analyze and resolve identities from photos, iris scans, and fingerprints
• Develop and train to stay proficient on operations of developed systems
• Assist engineering and development teams with understanding of customer requirements and end user needs
• Translate and document operational requirements to facilitate agile development processes
• Perform in-depth research of operational and technical gaps and develop analysis of needs
• Recommend need techniques, tactics, and procedures for conducting identity activities and biometrics operations
• Provide ability to coordinate and provide reach-back support for deployed forces
• Provide hands on training and develop training documentation

Required Skills

Requirements for Position:
• Experience with Intelligence Community/Military Biometrics Databases or Operations
• Capable of developing and maintaining reports and databases
• Experience in intelligence analysis
• Excellent verbal communication skills for briefing & presentations
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and produce results on a time sensitive basis
• Bachelor’s degree preferable; may substitute primary experience for education requirement

Desired Skills

Desired Skills:
• Prior military experience is desired working in Intelligence or Communications fields
• Previous deployment experience is desired
• Prior CENTCOM AOR deployment experience a plus
• Experience in adjudication of face matches
• Experience finding and developing products based on Open Source Intelligence or Publicly Available Information
• Experience with research and intelligence analytic techniques, and a strong understanding of the U.S. Intelligence Community’s Intelligence Cycle
• Possess and maintain the knowledge to perform rapid data-mining and research to create all-source biometric intelligence products

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Normal office setting, therefore the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking. Use of hands to operate computer equipment. Frequent near vision use for reading and computer use.
