Polaris Alpha is seeking a Program Support Specialist to manage routine internal and external program documentation for weekly deliverables to the Government client, including personnel, financial, and contractual documents, as well as classified training and access records. This person will aggregate information from functional support offices for these records and maintain real-time knowledge management in response to client/corporate data calls as they occur.
Program Support will assist in personnel matters such as onboarding of new team members; scheduling interviews and gathering feedback; managing client engagements; and ensuring functional support tasks (IT, security, HR) for program members are completed in a timely manner.
