In this position, the Customer Support Intern will support multiple project managers that serve customers across the globe who use Polaris Office technologies and services.
The focus of this work is supporting the cost, schedule, and performance of deliverables to the customers which generally involve web-based data collection, discovery, analysis, and dissemination tools. Specific tasks include preparation and knowledge management of key documents; collection of information to support preparation of white papers and briefings; supporting the response to requests for information (RFIs); some data entry; organization of customer requirements; and coordinating tasks and action items amongst the project managers.
The Customer Support Intern will be expected to fully understand the use of MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Additionally, the Intern will be required to support multiple project managers with differing customer expectations and deliverables, as well as interface with other departments and divisions within the company to access information and pepare products.
