Job Description

EOIR is seeking an energetic, results-oriented individual with a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years experience working in agile software development environments, and comfortable with the pace of agile software development. This individual will be supporting Advanced Off-board Electronic Warfare (AOEW) effort ant the AOEW Software Working Group. This effort will requires the ability to provide support in tracking of software builds across multiple software interfaces in support of AOEW, as well as ability to determine realignment needs based on software build schedules, deliveries, and test requirements. This position requires the selected candidate to hold an active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance, which requires US citizenship while working in support of a government contract.

Required Skills

Required Skills Experience designing, developing, and testing software test procedures and test cases, in accordance with IV&V best practices. Experience with one or more of the following languages: C++, C#, JavaScript, VBA with a strong preference for C++. Demonstrated ability to review, understand, present, and implement requirements, best practices, and guidance associated with design, development, testing, and certification of software and associated products. Demonstrated knowledge of requirements traceability, testing, and software intensive systems. Demonstrated ability to understand and evaluate software trouble reports and software solutions to develop and execute verification and validation tests. Demonstrated knowledge and application of engineering analysis, problem-solving techniques, trouble-shooting, and simulation methodologies. Familiarity with agile software metrics (CPI/SPI/EVM), comfortable with gauging SLOC counts, and defect tracking internally. Must be able to work independently as well as within a variety of teams. Must have the ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Strong organizational and time management skills

Desired Skills

Experience supporting Electronic Warfare efforts and/or an understanding and experience supporting Radio Frequency (RF) focused efforts.
