EOIR Technologies, a Polaris Alpha company, is looking for a candidate that possesses strong interpersonal skills and be customer oriented, as well as have the ability to operate independently. The position requires the candidate to have highly evolved writing and briefing skills. Candidate must be willing to frequently travel within the AOR and accept austere living conditions.

Required Skills

Experience with process improvement, documentation and/or management concepts is required.

• Prior military staff officer experience at the Regiment, Division and/or MEF/JTF level is required. Experience with a wide spectrum of command and control systems is a plus.

• Candidate should be familiar with, and have basic operator skills with, Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Microsoft SharePoint, Combined Information Database Network Exchange (CIDNE) and Web-enabled & Temporal Analysis System (WebTAS).

Required Education:

• BA or BS degree and knowledge management experience preferred.

• US military command & staff college graduate preferred.

• Prior military staff officer service and experience highly preferred.

Security Clearance Requirements:

· The KE is required to hold and maintain a DoD Top SECRET-SCI security clearance. The clearance is required to be active prior to attending CRC training.

Desired Skills

Knowledge Management or Lean Six Sigma black belt certification and/or Command and Staff College graduate. Experience with, and a solid working knowledge of, both the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) and the US military staff organization and process.

• Candidate should have knowledge of NATO utilized systems, functional area systems (FAS) and processes. Experience with a deployed NATO headquarters is a plus.
