EOIR Technologies, a Polaris Alpha company, is adding a Software Engineer to our team. The successful candidate, working with a team of experts, will support the analysis, research, development, test and evaluation of new technologies for current and future Army cyber systems, including capabilities such as the Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) Situational Awareness Tactical Analytics Framework. The successful candidate will provide software development and systems engineering support to the Government, including developing enhancements of the EW and cyber system(s), analysis of technical papers/proposals, planning, monitoring and execution of demonstration/test events, evaluation/analysis of demonstration/test results, documenting plans/reports, coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing CDRLs, and presentation of the program to senior management. The candidate should be prepared to learn as they are mentored in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, research lab.

Required Skills

· BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field

· Software languages and math skills

· System design, development, engineering, test, evaluation, and data analysis

· User Interface (UI) software development

· Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) Top Secret (TS) security clearance, which requires US citizenship while working in support of a government contract

· This position requires the selected candidate to hold an active Department of Defense Secret or TS/SCI level security clearance, which requires US citizenship while working in support of a government contract.

Desired Skills


· MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar field

· Machine Learning algorithm development

· Python, C++, and/or Java

· Understanding of US Army EW and Cyber strategies

· Software development for GPUs and high-performance computing techniques

· Research publication experience

· Preparation of technical reports, briefings, and drawings, performance work statements, system developmental schedules, performance specifications, and requirements documentation
