In this role, you will support the organization in various IT and/or facility related functions. You will respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for support. As well as you will document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Assists with upgrading or replacing of hardware and software systems and/or facility requests. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches and may resolve technical and/or facility related problems. Properly log and track escalating problems as required. Update the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and knowledge base for possible solutions. Operates under close to moderate supervision.


Required Skills

- Associates degree or higher in IT related studies.
- 2+ years of providing end-user support.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and learn new technology related tasks and processes.
- Troubleshooting abilities for software and hardware issues.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be a US Citizen due to Federal Contracts
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Security Clearance

Desired Skills

- Experience with Active Directory.
- Security+ Certification.
- Experience with a ticketing system.
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
- A+ Certification

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and team lift anything over 50lbs, move and inspect computers, printers and related equipment.
• Capable of sitting for prolonged periods of time at a computer screen.
• Ability to work with fingers on small components in tight spaces.
• Works in office conditions but will be required to visit other locations within the building
