As the Regional Business Director for Albuquerque, you will help build a recruiting pipeline for our work in Albuquerque, identify and evaluate new opportunities in the area, pursue leads, work proposals and help promote the Polaris Alpha brand in the community.
Becoming an authority on our Space and Directed Energy mission solutions
Networking with academic, industry and government leaders in the Albuquerque region
Assisting in the evaluation of opportunities to ensure resources are optimized in the pursuit of new business
Developing a long-term strategy for growing our business in the Albuquerque area
Developing and evaluating teaming opportunities with industry partners
Interfacing with corporate Strategic Initiatives and Marketing teams to devise effective ways to promote the company and its offerings in the Albuquerque community
Leading and/or supporting the development of contract proposals pertaining to new business in Albuquerque
Learning about other capabilities across the Polaris Alpha enterprise that could be leveraged in pursuit of new opportunities
Build and sustain employee morale in the area through team building, coaching and mentoring
Assisting with the day-to-day management of locally supported programs on an as needed basis to include interfacing with customers, developing requirements, managing program financials, scheduling and reporting
